DS DOMINATION : A REVIEW
I rarely do product reviews and for good reason.
There simply aren’t many good ones out there.
So you can imagine my skepticism when DS Domination starting making headlines all over the Internet. I was hearing about it from my friends, students, the top blogs and websites.
The system also claims to be as simple as copy and paste, which was more than enough to set my alarm bells ringing at super-sonic speed.
I would have dismissed this as another get rich quick scheme but I’ve been receiving a ton of questions about this product and decided to do a quick review.
After signing up, studying the whole process and doing a case study (results posted below), here’s my no holds barred take on the product.
WHAT IS DS DOMINATION?
DS Domination is the brainchild of Roger Langille, an eBay titanium power seller.
I’m not really sure what that means, but he’s consistently earned over 7 figures a year selling on Ebay so it’s probably a good thing =)
He has years of knowledge and experience in the art of dropshipping and DS Domination is the result of his hard work.
By the way, DS stands for “dropship”, in case you haven’t caught on yet.
WHAT IS DROP SHIPPING?
In a nutshell, dropshipping is the practice of sourcing for products at a lower price (Amazon or similar site) and selling them on eBay at a higher price. That’s it.
Amazon is the most profitable online retailer on the planet.
eBay is synonymous with online shopping and handles millions of dollars in transactions daily.
Both are among the biggest brand names in the Internet.
Sounds very promising so far but it’s time to put the system through the ultimate test.
DS DOMINATION DISSECTED
All the theory & hyperbole means nothing if the product doesn’t work, so I decided to do a case study and see how simple the system really is.
Step 1
Learning the ropes.
I logged into the DS Domination Member’s Area, watched some of their start up videos and took some notes.
Roger does a great job of dividing the modules into bite-sized pieces and within minutes I was confident enough to start my first drop ship.
Step 2
Searching for a product on Amazon.
I had an account set up, but if you don’t, signing up takes only a few minutes.
When it comes to choosing a product to sell, it’s very easy to suffer from choice paralysis – there’s literally MILLIONS of products to choose from.
I didn’t have much time to spare so I chose this impressive looking knife which was selling like hot cakes.
Step 3
Selling it for a higher price on eBay.
Logged into my eBay account. If you don’t have one yet, signing up is a breeze as well.
Just copy and paste the item from Amazon to your eBay listing along with the product descriptions & specifications.
Mark up the price to ensure you make a profit.
DS Domination has an entire module teaching you how to list your items at the most profitable price so you might want to make use of that.
Step 4
Boarded my private jet and flew to Paris.
I KID, I KID.
Step 5
Notification of payment received.
3 hours later I logged into Paypal and here’s what I found staring back at me from the computer screen.
It felt like making my very first sale online all over again.
VERDICT
Honest thoughts?
It’s clear that DS Domination works, but don’t get me wrong.
You won’t be sipping cocktails at the beach just yet.
To reach that level, you will need to spend some time to learn the more advanced strategies in the system.
I obviously can’t guarantee you’ll make any amount of money either, if you’re just going to pay for the program and not take advantage of the powerful tools at your disposal.
All I can do is tell you that it’s one of the easiest money making methods I’ve seen in a long time.
