On the final day of the summit I met up with a good friend, Jeremy ‘Shoemoney’ Schoemaker.
I got a copy of his new book, The Shoemoney Story, and later read it on the flight back from cover to cover. I can’t believe the similarities we have… but I won’t get into that. That’s a whole other blog post!
It was a laid back day. Had lunch with the peeps from Clickbank. And, yeah, that was about it.
I don’t know how you feel about people that post pictures of their food… But here’s what I ate 🙂
So that wraps up the Affiliate Summit West 2013.
Although I didn’t get the chance to attend any of the talks, the highlight was definitely meeting people. I also made myself aware of the ins and outs of the industry, visited hundreds of booths and learned a lot.
The main thing to take away from this experience is the power of networking. To put yourself out there and really make an impression on others, to widen your social circle and to connect with others in the industry.
Also, the parties were epic.
