This is a common situation for many of us including business owners where we are constantly buzzing around like hummingbird. Repeatedly, we are strategizing, planning, learning, reading and we are just constantly starting something.
As cliche as it sounds, most of us fail to do is taking action.
But why do we fail to take action? Because many of us are too afraid to fail. This fear of failure is causing us to stop progressing as a whole. It is limiting us from doing the things that get us closer to our goals and dreams. If you are afraid of failure you are creating this uncomfortable feeling. Eventually, this is gonna pull you away from setting your goals. Without goals, we do not have the vision to follow. Because goals help us determine where we want to be at in life.
I understand there are times that you are afraid of failing, but we mustn’t let that fear stop us from moving forward in becoming better. Another common situation that is keeping us from achieving our dreams is that many of us are information hoarders. They are going out there consuming all these information from the book they have read, or the videos they have been watching or listening to tapes. They are often compelled to storing up all these information that causes them to lose their focus, lost track of time or even enabling them from moving forward.
Without goals, we do not have the vision to follow
Now, if you take a look at most graduates today, the ones with the brilliant result, the one common problems they are experiencing is not being able to see the real world. They are not prepared for the real world because they have never gotten their hands dirty. At the end of the day, what they fail to do is they fail to get their hands dirty, fail to roll up their sleeves and just get shit done.
You have got to be taking massive action in order to get stuff done. I am not talking about blindly taking massive action but rather a smart one with plans because with this, you will truly be making progress on the things that matter.
So.. ask yourself this, what is it that you want to achieve? What is working and what is not working? I would love to hear all about it!
