One of the many excuses that people tend to make is that they do not have enough time to work on their dreams or goals. Time is really just a resource. Look, if you are spending three hours a day watching tv with your family and playing the play station and that makes you happy, then do you. Because ultimately, it is all about creating happiness.
What I am trying to say is that, while you are broke or feeling unaccomplished and yet you are making excuses about not having enough time to work because you are wasting time watching tv. This is the root of the problem that your time consistently goes mismanaged. This kind of bad time management is holding us back from reaching our full potential.
So, if you feel that you are lacking time right now. Then, work on managing and organizing your time by focusing on completing more important tasks and limiting the time spent on social media or watching tv.
Practice prioritizing because you always have time for the things you put first.
I haven’t been watching tv for a very long time. In fact, most successful people don’t watch tv. Because they always keep their goals in sight. I believe what separates successful people with others is the dedication they have to life habits that specifically aim towards the direction of success.
Identify the things that you are doing right now that is not benefiting you. That is not taking you closer to your goals. And, try to reduce these things.
At the end of the day, it is not that we lack time but we simply need a more compelling reason to act.
You have all the time in the world to be doing the things that matter to you most. So, ask yourself this, how are you spending your days? Do you feel like you are no longer moving forward?
