Check out my book cover. Isn’t it awesome? I love it.
I’ve created hundreds of eBooks under multiple pen names and personas.
This is something else altogether.
I know I’ve been talking about this a lot. But it’s finally happening. My book, which has been 7 years in the making, is finally complete. It’s been a rocky road with plenty of stalling in between checkpoints but this week I’ve kept my head down and finalized the content and graphics.
It’s good to go.
After a meeting with my publisher this morning, we decided to launch Build A Money Machine on February 1, 2014.
Now I have two goals with the release of my book:
1. Get It Into Bookstores
I really want to see my story on the shelves of bookstores. I’m not looking to make massive amounts of profit here. In fact, as long as it breaks even with the production cost, I’m happy. This is the first time I’ve done anything like this so everything is pretty alien to me. Apparently it’s a lot more work than simply asking if they’ll put my book in their shop. I’ll keep you updated on how this goes…
2. Amazon #1 Bestseller
Now this is something I’m really excited about. And I promise that later on I’ll be completely transparent and do a full case study on how I got my book to #1 on Amazon.
Does that sound cocky? I was going for adorably confident… Will keep you posted on the progress!
